They protect you and the business from misunderstandings, so although not the most interesting read, please do read them, as they do form part of the contract between us.

Insurance

We have 5million public liability insurance, see below for a copy. Our Insurance covers all our inflatables, soft play, face painting, glitter tattoo's, food and more, so you can be sure we are covered. If you have any questions regarding our insurance please don't hesitate to ask.

Hot Tubs and Water Treatment

Our Hot Tub operators are qualified in Spa Water Treatment. We therefore know we are correctly sanitising equipment in between hires and that the information we give on how to ensure the water is kept safe during the hire period is correct. Hot Tubs are included in our 5 million public liability insurance. We are members of BISHTA and have therefore met their strict membership criteria ( BISHTA exists to promote high standards of safety, enjoyment and value, by registering suppliers of spas, hot tubs, accessories and water purification products).

Delivery Policy

The cost of delivering to a particular area will be revealed when you choose this area. We may be able to deliver outside the areas available on our website. If you are outside of the areas shown on our website, please contact us to see if we can help you out.

If we are unable to provide your delivery due to adverse weather, vehicle failure, illness or any other factor, we will inform you of this at the earliest possible opportunity. Delivery times can be arranged during the booking process.

Please ensure that there is adequate space for our products, that the location our products will be sited is accessible, and that you have cleared the area of mess and debris. We will be unable to provide a refund if we cannot deliver your product due to a lack of space or accessibility or due to an inappropriate location.
