What power supply do I need ?

Hot Tubs vary in their power need depending upon the power draw of the Hot Tub. We have many 13amp Hot Tubs to choose from, these are know as, 'plug and play', we also have many 32amp Hot Tubs available. We can talk you through the pros and cons of each type when we find the right Hot Tub for you.

Do you deliver?

All of our Hot Tubs are delivered to you. In most cases they are positioned where you would like them , connected to your power supply and commissioned. Some manufacturers do differ though and we discuss these with you. You will need to have your electricity supply ready for us to connect to and you will need to have good access for the delivery engineers to slide your tub into position. We can help you decide if there is enough space for this to happen and discuss all the alternatives with you.

How much are they to run?

You will often see £1 a day banded around and you may have been quoted that. In reality it is a difficult question to honestly answer as it depends on many variables, for example, time of year, how much use it has, are the bubbles on or off etc. However we do know that even with chemicals, filters etc. they cost much less to run per month than a good night out on the town. All our hot tubs are well insulated and even our inflatable hot tubs are very good at retaining the heat.

Is there much work involved in looking after them?

We don't think so and we can help you with this, see our service page for full details. We understand that owning a Hot Tub should be a pleasure and we can help make sure that it is.

I am confused by them chemicals, what should I do?

Call us, we can help. We are not just there to sell you a Hot Tub we want to be there to help you enjoy your Hot Tub. We are members of BISHTA and as such we promote good water hygiene and understand water chemistry and the importance of getting it right to keep you safe (especially important with our hire Hot Tubs). It is really very simple, once you know how.

Yes, we feel it is very important when investing in any purchase that you the customer understands the terms and conditions you are buying and agree to. I have a complaint what can I do ?

We hope very much that you will not have a complaint but we realise sometimes things can go wrong. We have thought about this and put a plan together so that should you have cause to complain we can come to a satisfactory resolution for you thoroughly and efficiently.
